Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our bags to a last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. We guarantee that in the lifetime of the product, every MaH item is free of material and manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies to all MaH branded equipment only (e.g., packs, bags, pouches, totes, cases). The warranty does not apply to tee shirts, beanies, hats, pins, patches, face masks, facial coverings, or related accessories. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our warranties.
EXAMPLES OF COMMON ISSUES THAT ARE NOT COVERED:
-Rips, tears, cuts, holes
-Stains, fading, discoloration, color bleeding
-Fabric pilling or fabric abrasion
-Melted zippers or fabric
-Shrinkage
-Improper care due to waxing
-Excessive sun exposure
-Faux Fur Trims (Not sold as a standalone product and we do not offer replacements)
