E-Gift Card

If you return a product that you purchased with a E-Gift Card, MaH will refund the purchase price to a new E-Gift Card in accordance with our return policy. E-Gift Cards are valid only for MaH product and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise required by local law.

If you chose a delivery date that is in the future, you can cancel your purchase by contacting Customer Support. If the delivery date is today or in the past, your purchase cannot be cancelled.

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your E-Gift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. E-Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. E-Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.

There is no expiration date on your E-Gift Card.

E-Gift Cards are delivered via email. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the E-Gift Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder

2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email

3. Email inbox is over size limit

4. Invalid email address If a spam filter is blocking service@mah-official.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that service@mah-official.com emails are not considered spam.
